Applicable Taxes

The Price is exclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and charges imposed by any governmental authority, including HST, GST, PST, retail sales tax, value-added tax, excise or use taxes, and environmental handling fees. All such amounts payable in connection with the Goods and Services are your responsibility.

For all transactions involving real property, by completing a purchase you agree to pay applicable Provincial Sales Tax (PST) in accordance with PST Act Sections 80/80.3/80.6.

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to pay amounts due, breach any provision, or become insolvent. We are not liable for termination exercised in accordance with this section. Certain provisions will survive termination.

No waiver is effective unless made in writing. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

All non-public information we disclose is confidential and may only be used to perform this Agreement. We may seek injunctive relief for any breach.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, epidemics or pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or power or telecommunications outages.
